I am also able to proof all data that has been input as well as update the data, sort it out, email or physically mail it as well as storing both hard and electronic copies. I am also a perfectionist and can review all data, including that input by other employees, to check for mistakes and to make any corrections that are necessary to ensure all data is correct and not biased through mistakes.

I have great communication skills and do not have a problem speaking to clients to determine if there is any missing data before the file is closed. I am also able to maintain complete records of all of my work and can ensure that all data entered meets the company’s standard and complies with the definitions for overall data quality.
