Dear Ms. Jeanne Miller,

I would like to be considered for a research administrator at your company Kaiser Permanente. Attached, you will find my resume for consideration and for your convenience.

I have an associate’s degree in management and have worked as a research administrator for over four years now. I am highly computer literate and know how to work with just about any software package in this industry. I am also able to utilize the internet effectively for research projects that land on my desk. Both my verbal and written communication skills are high and I can work in a team environment as well as on my own effectively.

I am able to project budgets and to adjust them when needed in order to make sure all projects are within the client’s monetary capabilities. I can offer support to any management or department head as needed to ensure that all funding opportunities are met. I am also able to research funding methods to bring in the highest amount possible. I am also able to put together grant proposals and understand the verbiage needed to get them approved.

My time management skills are top of the line and I can prioritize my projects in order to be the most effective for the company. My goal is always to put the company first and if this means putting in extra hours or working on weekends I am always on board.
