Attached you will find my resume in regards to a grooming position that is currently available at your company LifeCare Inc.

I have a high school diploma and interned with a professional groomer for two years while learning all the necessary procedures including bathing the animals, rough cutting the fur, blow drying and finalizing the end style. In my past employment, I worked with dogs that were very matted and needed extra attention along with grooming show dogs to ensure that they were ready for their competitions.

My communication and interpersonal skills allow me to work directly with and to develop relationships with all clients and their pets. I have a real love for animals and can work with even the most difficult pets to ensure that the client receives the service that they seek from the company. It is my goal to have clients that are happy when they leave the shop with their pets from those simply seeking to have their pets bathed and nails clipped to those who seek intricate designs for their pets’ fur.

I have also trained in dying or shaving pet’s fur in nontraditional ways to create custom works of art for their pets. This is a new trend for most pet owners and when required I am able to work directly with customers to come up with unique ways to groom their pets to offer the end result that the client requires.
