Dear Ms. Shipley,

I am interested in a Solution Architect position within your company. I found your listing online and have attached my resume.

While I do not have any formal education, I have been learning programming code on my own and have worked at an Associates Level for five years. This includes four years in system design experience and one as an IT specialist which has given me a well rounded knowledge of all aspects of an IT department. This knowledge allowed me to guide the software implementation on a large scale throughout the company. I continue to study and learn about all the latest technologies and strive to stay at the top of the field.

My goal is to move into a company as a Solution Architect to both challenge myself and as an opportunity to improve my financial situation. I offer any company great communication skills both written and verbal and I have highly cognitive reading comprehension.

I am looking for a company that wants employees who stay with the company and who allow them to grow to their full potential. It is important to me to have stability in my life while still seeking to better myself through my career.

I understand that the IT world is ever changing and growing and I am constantly seeking new solutions to old problems. For this and many other reasons, I believe I would be a perfect fit within your company as your new Solution Architect.
