After hearing about the Telecommunications Technician position opening up with Vista Technical Services, LLC, I knew I had to submit my resume right away.

I am very excited about the possibility of securing a position with your company where I can utilize my skills to their fullest. I completed an Associate of Science in Telecommunications program to gain some experience in this filed. My courses centered on physics, mathematics, digital devices and electricity. I am also familiar with communications, wireless and broadband systems.

I have the knowledge and skills to install cable TV, phone service and high-speed Internet services. I also have the skills to troubleshoot systems to find the cause when customers are experiencing problems and to make repairs to get the user back up and running as quickly as possible. I am familiar with repairing or replacing cable boxes, modems, cables and satellite systems.

After installing systems for customers, I have the skills to explain the basics to users in a clear and concise manner. I have excellent customer service skills and I always maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times and treat the customers with respect while installing or servicing their systems.

I am self-motivated, dependable and a hard worker. I am physically fit and able to perform installations or repairs in all type of weather and I am flexible enough to work nights, weekends and even holidays when needed.
