Currently I hold a bachelor’s degree in education and have been trained in graphic programs to create and develop effective training solutions. My experience includes four years in the field and it was my task to write desk guides and program management to maintain organization quality standards. I am also able to adapt curriculum for one on one training in synchronous or asynchronous delivery modes.

I have strong attention to detail skills and always am able to follow strict production schedules and meet aggressive deadlines. This includes researching all subject matters while applying them to specific learning projects. My communication skills are also proficient and this allows me to coordinate with all team members, clients and customers using many different means of communication including but not limited to online collaboration tools.

I am able to use many different computer software packaging including drafting all graphic materials in Power Point through the advanced functions. It is also important to asses all onsite organizational training needs in order to determine where the skills lie, who has what abilities and where more in depth training is needed. I am able to offer high energy and engaging interaction with all participants in the classroom.
