I have a bachelor’s degree in Ecology and I am working on my masters. I have experience studying the different areas of the environment and the training and ability to put together and conduct surveys to collect valuable data about the different species, their mating behavior and their habitats.
I have the knowledge and training to use this research information to help identify and classify species and help keep track of how the different species affect the environment. I can use a computer proficiently and I have extensive knowledge of software and programs used in the study of the environment and its inhabitants.
I am experienced using a variety of techniques and equipment such as sonar imaging and photography to help gather data and research the different species. I pay close attention to detail and I genuinely care about the environment and all its inhabitants. I have the skills to help preserve and protect endangered species.
I have excellent communication skills and the ability to create accurate reports on the data I collect and analyze. I also have great analytical skills, excellent reasoning abilities and I can work efficiently as part of a team or independently. I am aware of the laws and policies associated with environmental issues and have the ability to work within these guidelines.
