I would like to apply for the Deli Assistant position that is available at your store Brookdale Senior Living Inc.
I have a high school diploma and have worked in a deli before. I love the fast paced atmosphere and would like the challenge of moving to a larger deli than the one I previously worked at. I am fully trained on slicing deli meats and know the proper safety techniques that are required. I would also have no problem learning and following any of your store’s policies including your dress code.
I am available to work any shift that is required of me and can be available for overtime when necessary. I also have my health and food handlers’ card and understand all the health regulations that go in with this type of position. I can also work with management to let them know when there is a problem with any stock or when the deli is running low on a certain product. I have worked with vendors so I can also order the product directly when required.
I also have great people skills and do not have a problem with impatient customers and always make sure that they are happy and treated well. I am in good physical condition and can stock shelves or the cooler and do not have any back issues that would hinder me from bending over to reach product.
