I possess very strong leadership skills with the ability to direct the staff in everyday operations to meet deadlines while producing quality work. I have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to help create a good working environment and to motivate the team to put forth their best efforts.

I have the ability to supervise the work to make sure the image or design created by the designers and artists meet the expectations of the clients. I have the skills to help the designers choose the right colors, shapes and formats to use to ensure the work meets the client’s standards. I will review the work from both an artistic and a technical view and then make suggestions on how to improve the designs if needed.

I am energetic, creative and I have strong problem solving skills with the ability to find a solution to any problem that arises in a timely and satisfactory manner. I will also check all final drafts before approving for submission and I take my responsibilities very seriously. I hope to meet with you soon to talk about the details of this position in person.
