While looking through the Kansas City Star this morning I saw your opening that you posted on Monday for a Recreation Therapist. Since this is a position that is rarely open, it was a pleasant surprise to me and I am thrilled to be considered for it. I have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and have worked as a therapist for more than six years. It is important to be able to communicate with the patient the goals that are expected of them and how the program is set up to help them achieve their goals.
