I also have a friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to be professional and to get the job done no matter what it entails. I have the ability to solve difficult problems and to treat everyone fairly regardless of their culture or background.

I understand that this position involves managing a specific housing district by being responsible for all issues that occur within the community and I am prepared to take on this responsibility. I have the skills to investigate all complaints, take care of abandoned homes and maintain a good relationship with everyone within the community.

I am certain that my skills and previous experience qualifies me for this position and I have the ability to supervise the housing within the assigned district to ensure they are kept up and safe to live in. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss the particular of this job in person.
