Here is the Detail-Oriented Human Resources Clerk Cover Letter Example:

Dear Ms. Annie Johnson,

I am applying for the human resources clerk position that is available at your company Hub Group and have attached my resume for you to look over.

While my education only includes a high school diploma, I have worked as a human resources clerk for five years now and understand what the department does. My computer skills are great and include an advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms along with a working knowledge of human resource software packages. As a representative of your company, it is understood that communication skills, both verbal and written, need to be good which would not be a problem for me.

I am able to compile and maintain all employee records, both current and prior, and can assist with the needs of the department on any level. With my full understanding of the legal employment policies and my communication skills, I am able to convey all office procedures and regulations to new or potential employees. It is understood that the human resources clerk needs to be flexible and has to have the ability to multitask which is not a problem for me.

I also bring a high attention to detail to your company as it is vital to ensure that all information is correctly input into the system to avoid any complications at a later time. I have put together and understand most of the common benefits packages and can also explain them to new or current employees.
