I am always learning about new techniques to help with my career goals and read just about every journal or publication that comes out. When I am in a teaching or workshop situation I try to use a variety of techniques to keep the employees engaged and willing to continue in a positive manner. I also have learned that teaching aids such as group discussions and videos.

All of these measures are taken to ensure that all employees maintain or improve their work skills to the benefit of the company. I also monitor effectiveness of the training activities to ensure that they are gaining the required outcome. If anything is found lacking I have no problem coming up with new strategies to ensure all employees are on board with any program. I also come up with surveys to assess how well the employees are reacting to the new methods that are being offered to them.
