I have a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and my courses centered on mathematics, system security and database management. I am currently working as an Operations Manager Assistant.

It is very important for someone in a manager’s position to have great leadership skills and I have lots of experience in this area. I can supervisor the staff, provide support and assist with any work related problems that occur including problems with co-workers. My experience also includes preparing and organizing paperwork.

I have very strong negotiating skills, which are needed when dealing with vendors. I also have strong verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate with employees and clients efficiently.

I have extensive knowledge of Cisco Networking, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows PC and Linux Server Operations Systems, so I have the technical skills to handle this position. I have the ability to make computer upgrades, do maintenance checks, perform tests and carry out performance backups.

I have the ability to work alone and meet my obligations but I can also work efficiently in a group setting. I pay close attention to details, have excellent organizational skills and I have the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise.
