I am interested in the Claims Representative position with your company and am submitting these documents in order to be considered. I feel that my customer service background in claims would be a benefit to Ace Group and I would bring a great attitude as a representative of the company.

The following is a summary of my resume that has been submitted along with this letter:

I have over 9 years experience in the customer service industry and have worked in offices with busy phone lines and many clients calling on a daily basis.

Many times customers or clients will call when they are upset or frustrated and I have the skills to calm them down and offer either or a solution or will forward the call to the appropriate department.

Having worked with the documentation that customers need to provide, I can help them to include any information that is needed by the customer that may have been left out.

Working in customer service is a rewarding profession. I feel that my enthusiasm for the job and my ability to handle difficult conversations would make me an asset to Ace Group.
