I hold a high school diploma and have worked in the health insurance field for over five years and have learned a great deal about the industry. I have sold insurance coverage, processed claims and assessed risk and designed policies when required. My computer skills are solid which has allowed me to work with all industry related software as well as having an advanced knowledge of all the Microsoft Office applications. It has always been my goal to stay on top of all healthcare updates and have done so with the current changes in the way health care is purchased.
I have great communication skills which have allowed me to work directly with customers to ensure that they are purchasing the coverage that suits their needs and the needs of their family members. This includes working on the telephones and on the internet to handle all customers and potential customers’ health care questions in relation to new governmental policies.
