Here is the Experienced Mental Health Support Worker Cover Letter Example:

Dear Ms. Nancy Fowler,

I am very interested in the Mental Health Support Worker position now advertised by Del Amo Hospital.

Providing support for patients with mental health problems is an amazing job that can be very rewarding but it can also be a very emotional one. It takes patience, kindness and a real desire to help these individuals and I have what it takes to be one of the best support workers in the field.

I have acquired the skills and knowledge to help support these individuals in the struggles they endure everyday. I have a bachelor’s degree in social work and I have the ability to help these patients cope with their disabilities and overcome some of the difficulties they deal with daily.

I can help them accomplish the simple tasks that most people take for granted. This helps to give them a little independence that can greatly enhance their quality of life. I have the skills and a real desire to help these people develop socially and to teach them how to care for themselves.

I have the education and training to provide these individuals with advice and I can help to guide them in the right direction as they learn different activities. I can help them gain the confidence they need to form relationships with others and to have a personal life where they can get out and enjoy things like sports, going to a theater or simply going for a stroll in the public park.

I hope to use my expertise to help and teach the patients associated with your facility and you can reach me at (555)-555-5555 for an interview.

Respectfully,

Marian Massey
