After acquiring a bachelor’s degree in nursing and working for three years as an RN, I decided to extend my training to dialysis patients and I have knowledge of both peritoneal and hemodialysis dialysis. I completed all my training, earned my certification and I am ready to use my knowledge and skills to help patients suffering from chronic kidney diseases to get the treatment they need.

I can assess the condition of the patients, create treatment plans to meet their individual needs and put the plan into action. I have the ability to help patients understand the process, answer questions and based on the condition of the patient, determine which type of dialysis they need.

I have the skills to verify that the patients are taking their medication as prescribed and to monitor the way they response to the treatments. I pay close attention to details and I have the ability to determine when a patient is showing signs of distress. When emergencies do arise, I have the ability to remain calm, focused on the job and to react quickly to resolve the issues to ensure the health and well-being of the patients.

I have a complete understanding of what dialysis is and how it works. I can work efficiently when under pressure, I am team oriented and I have a real concern for the health and well-being of patients suffering from kidney diseases.
