I have over four years of experience working as an assistant manager in a factory where I assisted the manager with a wide variety of duties.

I helped to create the work schedule, viewed work orders, assigned workloads and made sure all deadlines were met. I set in on meetings, helped to prepare progress reports and put together presentations designed to improve productivity while creating a better and safer work area. If any problems occurred with quality, I investigated, determined the cause and found a suitable solution.

One of my main responsibilities was to monitor the department and ensure all employees were following the safety guidelines set forth by the company. I have experience interviewing new employees and making recommendations for the ones most suitable for the open positions. I also trained employees and made everyone aware of any new procedures implemented and I made sure they understood them completely.

I reported any violations I saw and I looked for ways to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. I am a fast learner with excellent leadership skills. I am familiar with the products your factory produces and I have a general knowledge of how operations need to be run in order to meet production and maintain quality.
