I was recently referred to you by Mrs. Diana Murphy from Adventist HealthCare. She mentioned that you might have an enriching opportunity at your center for a Youth Counselor. On this note, I have enclosed my resume for your consideration.
Through my five year career as a Youth Counselor, I have handled many at risk youth cases; and coordinated with many on staff and external resources to help youth handle their concerns. I have counseled youth ages 12-18 in the following areas to include, but not limited to, the following: substance abuse, criminal activity, sexual abuse, and family abuse. I have a degree in Youth Psychology, and also have an internship at an inner city youth center to add to my qualifications.
