At my last position I was responsible for engaging in marketing campaigns to ensure that the occupancy of the complex was at a high level. The goal was eighty five percent occupancy rate but with my skills it was never below ninety percent during my tenure at the complex. This was accomplished by developing and following potential accounts and monitoring all leasing administration.

My computer skills are adequate and I am familiar with leasing software and am familiar with all Microsoft Office applications. This allows me to create, develop and manage daily and weekly marketing and leasing reports as well as drafting comprehensive marketing and leasing plans.

I have great interpersonal skills which mean I can effectively communicate and create lasting relationships with all tenants. This means that fewer leave their units and this helps to keep the occupancy rate much higher than other competitive complexes.
