Dear Mr. Garcia,
I’ve volunteered my services to work in a youth facility for the past two years and now I’m very interested in moving up to a full time position in this field. For this reason, I’m submitting this letter with resume to show my interest in the youth leader position now being advertized by your facility.
This would be a wonderful opportunity to help the youth within the community deal with many of the issues they face every day. I have a strong desire to help young people get through this difficult time in their life by teaching them how to be positive and look towards their future.
I have acquired my bachelor’s degree in education from Thomas Jefferson University and have the ability to provide peer ministry to help teens learn how to handle peer pressure. I can help build confidence in young people and I have the skills to communicate and get through to families.
I have experience participating in religious programs for young people and my strong organizational and planning skills will certainly allow me to make great contributions to the team at Center for Community Solutions.
