I have an associate’s degree in human services and have worked in a crisis shelter for nearly five years with great success. In my past employment, it was my duty to supervise and maintain drop in centers for teens for all shifts while assisting the youth and providing counseling and referral information for youth. I also planned and executed all youth related activities and supervised effective work while developing ways to recruit youth and volunteers for the programs and the distribution flyers all over the area.

It was also up to me to develop and maintain an effective relationship with parents and families and to inform them about progress of the youth. I also prepared and organized various community projects such as outdoor activities and art projects along with resident activities, outdoor activities and art based projects etc.

My computer skills are quite high which allows me to analyze individual requirements and to develop programs to manage all youth associate crisis. This includes providing support to all individuals and in the assistance to them in social inclusion. I am also able to coordinate and manage communication with various educational establishments along with monitoring the clients’ needs and preparing the appropriate business plans for clients and develop presentations for same.
