I am also able to work with these teams to ensure that there are no issues with any of the rooms and that the guests are all happy.

I am able to create and implement new procedures to create a better working environment and to make sure that the reservation and customer service process runs smoothly. I always know the capacity of any of the locations I am managing and always strive to ensure that the quotas are met each month, quarter and year.
