Education/Experience Requirements
A successful candidate must possess a bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, design, mass communication or any related fields with 1-4 years of effective sales, customer service and/or marketing experience is required.
Skills
Ability to develop and present materials to clients and sales teams, high level of enthusiasm, flexibility and creativity, proven verbal and written communication skills needed in working with clients of different seniorities, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and has the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently while traveling and in a team environment.
Specific work elements
Managing clients and accounts, building and maintaining client relationships to ensure business growth, analyzing business practices, challenges, goals, requirements and needs of clients to propose or revise products or services, and working with different departments to transition accounts smoothly.
