Offer backup for associates.

Confer with Trust areas and the Bank.
Extend backup support on client communication and problem solving.
Ensure knowledge of fiduciary law and estate planning.
Encourage positive professional and customer relationships.
Create marketing proposals and materials.
Ensure smooth transition as client moves among service models.
