A sales manager recommendation letter can be written on behalf of an individual who is already a sales manager but wants to change employers or a sales representative who wants to be promoted to manager. It can be addressed to a company president, a corporate CEO or an operations manager.

The only thing Clay does not have direct experience with is hiring sales staff; however with all of his other vast experiences I do not anticipate any problems with hiring duties, especially since Human Resources will pre-screen applicants for him.
